Example setup: Concrete and rebar

Who it’s for: a concrete crew checking sleeves and rebar before each pour.

What they want to know: whether a pour is clear to go, and what’s holding it up.

Use this as a starting list, and change whatever doesn’t fit.

  • Sleeves by stage and page
  • Pre-pour checks by result
  • Open holds by page
Field Field type Sleeve Pre-pour check Hold Why
Mark Text Yes Yes Yes What lists and search call a point. The Name on every card type
Sleeve stage Status: To do, Placed, Checked Yes Shows progress
Size Text Yes As written on the drawings
Result Status: Not checked, Pass, Fail Yes The report groups by it
Checked item Dropdown: Rebar, Sleeve, Embed, Form Yes The report groups by it
Checked on Date Yes Records when it was looked at
Hold status Status: Holding, Released Yes Nobody covers this until it’s released
Photos Photos Yes Yes Yes Proof before it’s covered up
Card type Color Inside Ring Also
Sleeve Sleeve stage Nothing Nothing Size as a Label
Pre-pour check Result Nothing Nothing Checked on as a Label
Hold Hold status Nothing Nothing Hold status as the Highlight; Mark as a Label

A Hold’s Holding choice is ticked to raise the Highlight, so an open hold is the easiest thing to find on the sheet. Released raises nothing.

  • A Sleeve template per common size, with Size filled in

Once points are going in, you can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Grok Bot things like:

  • “Is anything still holding on the Level 3 pour?”
  • “Which sleeves on this page aren’t checked?”
  • “Show me every failed check this week.”

Want a different setup? Tell Claude, ChatGPT or Grok Bot what your company does and ask it to adjust this one.
