Your work,
on the plans.
Place it. Check it. Bill it.
Every point your crew installs, pinned to the drawing with a photo and a check. Prove it’s done before the GC walks the job.
$150/month for a crew of 5. No setup fee.
Every point.
Right where
it belongs.
See what’s checked and what still needs a look. Tap a point on the sample drawing.
Interactive illustration of the intended experience. Sample data, not a live product screen.
Keep what works.
Fix what doesn’t.
Don’t change how you run a job. Set Pointmap up the way your crew already works, step by step.
- Your steps, in your order
- Who checks what
- What counts as done
- Who signs off
- Texts
- Phone calls
- Paper
- Guessing
Your crew does the same checks, in the same order, the same way. It just goes on the drawing. If they can send a text, they can use Pointmap.
Get it done
wherever you are.
On site, in the trailer, at the office or in the truck. Phone, iPad, laptop, ChatGPT or Claude: whatever’s in your hand gets all of Pointmap, on the same drawing, signal or not.
One less callback.
One less reason
to go back.
The extra drive. The crew hours. The conversation with your GC. A missed point costs more than the time it takes to fix.
Start with one job. See whether knowing what’s checked changes your handover.
For a crew of 5.
- $30 a head after that
- QC tracking on your own drawings
- No setup fee
Save one callback in 60 days.
Or get every dollar back.
No proof. No forms.
Your word’s good enough.
Before you bring it to site.
Who is Pointmap for?
Anyone whose work runs off a set of drawings. Framers, electricians, plumbers, seismic and fire stopping crews, GCs, inspectors and the owners who hire them. If it’s on the plan, you can put a point on it. It’s built for trade contractors who want to catch it before the GC does.
Can I replace Bluebeam?
Not yet for everything. Pointmap is built for marking up a set and checking the work on site: cloud, draw, stamp, add text and callouts on any device, always in sync. For measuring, takeoffs, counts and exports, keep Bluebeam for now.
Can I do takeoffs with it?
Not yet. Scale calibration and measuring are on the way.
How big a drawing can I upload?
Big. Full sets, scanned sheets, even the one that crashes your phone. We take the worst drawings. Try us.
Do I have to place all the points by hand?
No. Hand the drawing to ChatGPT or Claude and let it put the points on for you. Or lock the point tool and tap, tap, tap: every tap is a point, already filled in from your template.
Can I share with my subcontractors?
Yes. Bring your subs onto the job so they see the same drawing and check off their own work.
